My son Zak is 10 years old who was born with Cerebral Palsy. He goes to St. Vincent Hospital for physical therapy 2 to 3 times a week. I used to use Medivans for transportation bit I found they made me very unhappy. They would come never on time, either too early or too late to make his appointments. They made me feel like Zak was just a dollar amount not a client.

At one point Zak went to Country Kids for therapy over the summer before we met Elizabeth at St. Vincent. I found Comfort Travel's card for transportation & called them to start scheduling Zak's appointments. I'm so happy with their service. They are always on time and the best thing I like about them is the way they treat me and my son Zak. They always find a way to fit Zak in on a short notice. Sometimes with the busy schedule with Zak I forget things too. They always find a way for him. they treat Zak as if he was their own child and I totally trust his life in their hands. I couldn't find a better company for his transportation. Their company name "Comfort Travel" goes a long way because Zak loves to be with their drivers & I think their drivers love to be with Zak.
